Overview

The meaning of the word ‘lean’ is ‘without fat’. Turning your business into a successful and ‘lean’ process is the main goal for our training program. Lean Six Sigma training is “removing the fat” from your business activities, making them efficient and productive.

Stream 1: 3 full days of lectures; 20 hours of Coaching on personal tasks

Stream 2: Customized to your personal business needs; at your facilities

4 modules of 4 hours each; 20 hours of Coaching on personal tasks

WHAT YOU Will Learn

Value Stream Mapping – The gradual process of finding out efficient and inefficient processes with your team and removing waste that holds you back

Problem-Solving Root-Cause Analysis – You will be given tools to help you identify the roots that cause complications in your work processes

Kaizen Events – brief advancement projects, including specific tasks to exercise cooperation with your team in finding solutions to problems, enabling change
