We realize that it is often very difficult to follow and rate the flow of products and information. The reason for this is the amount of unnecessary materials, lack of visual information and general disorder in working conditions. In order to change this, you can use the techniques of 5S that you will learn during this workshop.

WHAT
YOU WILL LEARN

There are 5 pillars of 5S methodology. Each one gives you steps to bring order into your working process and to remove waste.

The first pillar helps you understand which items are useful for your working area, and which are not. The red tagging activity will help you remove useless items.

The second pillar of 5S helps you to move useful items to their rightful places, which will help you improve your working process.

The third pillar of 5S teaches how to keep your working area, equipment and work surfaces clean and tidy.

The fourth pillar of 5S shows how to determine regular activities, routines, schedules and certain people responsible for keeping the work space tidy.

The fifth pillar of 5S teaches all staff how to stay consistent and disciplined in keeping the workplace clean and constantly improve its 5S condition.
